Job description

In the role of powder coater, you will work with both manual and automatic powder coating of products primarily made of sheet metal, ranging from small components to larger constructions. The work is carried out in a modern production environment where high standards of quality and precision are an integral part of everyday life.

You are responsible for the entire workflow – from surface preparation, masking, and hanging, to powder application and final quality control. The company handles assignments for clients in various industries, which provides varied tasks and a wide spectrum of products and shapes to coat.

You will work closely with the production team and play an important role in ensuring consistent quality and an efficient flow throughout the coating process.

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone with previous experience in powder coating, preferably from industrial production. You are used to working independently, have an eye for detail, and always strive to deliver a perfect end result. Experience in surface treatment, priming, and various types of materials is highly meritorious. You have previously worked in similar roles and are confident in the entire process – from preparation to finished coating.

As a person, you are self-driven, solution-oriented, and proactive. You can take responsibility for your work and enjoy solving tasks independently as well as collaborating in a team to achieve common goals.

We expect you to have good communication skills and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. A driver's license (B) is required, and knowledge of English is an advantage.
